*When booking the guest suites you need to firstly be an owner or contracted tenant at either Cornish Place or Brooklyn Works and secondly resident and not be away during the time your guests are staying. The facility is there to allow you to have guests staying on site when you do you not have the room or facilities in your property for them. Your guests are your responsibility when on site and it is imperative that you are available if any issues arise and to hand over the keys to your guests, as they will be posted through your property’s letterbox on the first day of their stay. It is preferred that the resident should make any bookings online on the guest’s behalf, but if your guest has to book themselves then please ask them to add the property number they are a guest of in the notes or the company name field when booking. All bookings must be made a minimum of 48 hours before your check in date.
