Checking In

The suites are only available for guests of residents of Cornish Place and Brooklyn Works. The booking must be made and paid for by the resident. All bookings must be made a minimum of 48 hours before your check in date.
The keys will be posted through the resident's property’s letterbox before 2pm check in on your first night’s stay.
Contact the Caretaker, Ian on 07947 461812, weekdays (10am-2pm), if you have any queries or special requirements for your booking.
Please post the keys though the office letterbox (next to the gym on the 1st floor) on check out.
If you need to cancel your room please contact us at cornishguestsuites@gmail.com. Cancellations made over 48 hours before your check in date will be fully refunded less 2.5% card charges. If you cancel after that period, your first night's stay is chargeable. No shows without notification will be fully chargeable.

Fresh bed linen is provided, but please bring your own towels.
The rooms will only be serviced at the end of your stay, please do your own washing up with the materials provided.
There is no parking with the accommodation, but free street parking is available nearby.
Both suites are accessed via stairs, the Cornish Suite is on the 1st floor and the Brooklyn Suite on the 2nd.
No smoking, no pets, no parties or events.
No sub-letting. Suites can only be booked by residents of Cornish Place and Brooklyn Works. A maximum of 2 adults can stay in each suite.
The guest suites are located in a quiet residential courtyard, so please be considerate to your neighbours.
All damages, breakages and losses will be chargeable to the original booker.
